Q.how do you drop the oil pan on a 95 honda accord.

Answer Below are directions:
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Firmly apply the parking brake and block the rear wheels.
Raise and support the front of the vehicle on jackstands.
Drain the engine oil.
If necessary for additional clearance, remove the center beam.

Fig. Fig. 1: On most models, it will be necessary to remove the center beam to access the oil pan
Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold(s), then position it aside or remove it from the vehicle.

Fig. Fig. 2: After disconnecting the exhaust pipe from the manifold, the bracket securing the pipe to the engine block should be removed. The pipe can now be positioned aside
If equipped with flywheel dust shield, it may be necessary to remove it for access.

Fig. Fig. 3: The dust shield is secured by several small bolts

Fig. Fig. 4: The dust shield may require some maneuvering to remove. Be careful not to damage it
If equipped, disconnect the breather hose from the oil pan.

Fig. Fig. 5: If equipped, the breather hose must be disconnected from the oil pan
Remove the oil pan nuts/bolts (in a crisscross pattern) and the oil pan. If necessary, use a mallet to tap the corners of the oil pan. DO NOT pry on the pan to get it loose.

Fig. Fig. 6: After its attaching bolts are removed, the oil pan can be removed from the engine. Never pry on the pan to get it loose
Remove and discard the old gasket.

Fig. Fig. 7: The gasket must always be replaced
To install:
Use a new gasket. Apply sealant at the inner corners of the pan, where it matches to the crank seals.
Install the pan. Tighten the nuts/bolts to 10 ft. Lbs. (14 Nm). Use an alternating or crisscross pattern to tighten the nuts and bolts.
If applicable, connect the breather hoses to the oil pan.
Install and/or connect the exhaust pipe to the manifold.
Install the flywheel dust cover, center beam and lower mount if they were removed.
Lower the vehicle to the ground. Install clean, fresh oil.
Start the engine, allowing it to idle. Check for leaks

Addition This did not help me because it didn't clearly show or state how to remove the flywheel dust cover which is the big problem with dropping the oil pan.

Answer There isnt any secret way- it is a matter of finagling it out - it isnt too bad when the car is in the air, but if it is just on jack stands or a set of car ramps, you are going to have to fight it to get it out.
