Q.1991 honda accord lx, front blinker does not blink, back blinker goes too fast, I changed the bulb already.
Is there a blinker switch? where is it? how do I change it out? Thanks.

More Info required You may have a bad socket from the sounds of it. With the blinkers on wiggle the bulb in the socket and see if it lights up.

Addition Does this explain why the back blinker signals at twice the speed as it should?

Answer Yes there is not enough resitance in the light ciruit for the flasher to flash at normal speed.
Is it only one side that does not work properly?

Addition Yes, the driver side. Should I switch out the bulb in the back that goes to fast as well?

Answer The bulb in the back should be fine, it's the front you need to work on.
