I am looking for a 91 crx HF in southern california.preferably in orange county or los angeles county.I am willing to travel at the most 125 miles from orange county. Needs to have the stock engine that makes it get 50+ mpg. Must be in good or excellent condition. no engine swap outs unless the engine that you swapped in provides better mpg than the stock engine. Thank you.

I have one that I'll be posting for sale soon. It's a '91 HF, 5-speed (as all real HF's were). More importantly, this is the "low-altitude"/Federal model with the taller 2.95 gearing, NOT the "high-altitude"/California model with the shorter gearing. If you check your EPA estimates from these (88-91) years you'll notice the two distinct differences for 2 HF models. This was what they were referring to. The CA model gets 43city/49highway, while the Federal model gets 49city/52highway. However, I will tell you that these HF's consistently better mileage than EPA estimates. My Federal HF gets 52+MPG without trying. On a recent trip from Rhode Island to NJ I got 56MPG just driving normal @ 70MPH. This is what these cars do. Email me if interested.
